Pure PM is a technology-enabled platform that acquires and optimizes single-family residential property management companies in the US. By leveraging the executive team’s deep institutional knowledge of the market, the Company has developed a playbook to rapidly acquire property management companies at low single-digit revenue multiples, rationalize operating expenses, grow revenue per door and organically expand doors under management. Pure PM is currently developing a proprietary property management software solution that it will initially leverage internally to improve operations and efficiencies, and eventually license to third party property management companies as a SaaS subscription model.
