Kristen Hoey

Kristen Hoey is the Talent Expert at Level Equity, where she partners with portfolio company leaders on executive talent strategy, leadership assessment, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. She works closely with management teams to help ensure the right leaders are in the right roles at the right stage of growth.

Prior to joining Level, Kristen was Managing Director and Co-Founder of the Talent Solutions practice at CRA | Admired Leadership, advising private equity firms, CEOs, boards, and executive teams on executive selection, leadership assessment, succession planning, and team effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she held senior human resources leadership roles at Point72 Asset Management and Citigroup, where she spent nearly two decades supporting global businesses and leadership teams.

A graduate of Boston College, Kristen was a member of the university’s varsity softball team. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and their twins and enjoys golf, community involvement, and time with family.
