Jennifer Flanagan

Jen is an Operating Expert, Revenue Operations at Level Equity and the go-to-market operations specialist on the NextLevel Operations team. She provides thought leadership to portfolio companies on revenue operations, including platform infrastructure, data and analysis, and process design for go-to-market teams. In addition to supporting the portfolio, Jen is responsible for RevOps for the internal Level team, including sourcing process design and reporting as well as system infrastructure.

Prior to Level, Jen ran a consulting business serving mid-level SaaS companies on CRM development, sales and service process design, team structure, and reporting and analytics. She previously served as Director of Operations at Ordergroove, where she built the company’s Salesforce instance, managed all integrations in and out of the system, and developed sales metrics for reporting. Jen also held the role of Vice President in Business Intelligence at Bank of America Merchant Services, where she was primarily responsible for CRM development and business reporting for the US teams. She began her career at Yodle, where she built the Revenue Operations team ahead of the company’s acquisition by publicly traded Web.com. Jen holds a B.S. from Elon University, along with Salesforce Administrator I and II, Salesforce Developer, Six Sigma, and other revenue platform certifications. She currently lives in Charleston, South Carolina, with her three children and two dogs.
