Caleb Hill

Caleb serves as an Operating Partner at Level Equity, focused on finance and operations. He works closely with portfolio companies to strengthen their financial foundations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis. He helps management teams build the tools and systems they need to scale efficiently and make informed decisions.

Before joining Level Equity, Caleb spent a decade in growth-stage SaaS companies. He was most recently the CFO at Codat, where he served as the first non-founder C-level executive hired to scale the finance & operations function. Prior to that, he was VP of FP&A at Trustpilot, laying the financial infrastructure required to support the company through its IPO. His work has centered primarily on strategic planning, performance measurement, and leveraging data to drive decisions and tell compelling stories.

Caleb earned his degree in Finance and Accounting from Cedarville University. Originally from central Ohio, he now lives in Westchester, NY with his wife, son, and their dog.
