The software suite includes customer management, ticket management, collaboration & teamwork, and products & inventory management. The software is sold on a subscription basis on annual contracts priced per seat. TeamSupport is designed to support B2B relationships rather than B2C relationships. As such, it competes most closely with Salesforce Service Cloud (B2B focused) and to a lesser extent Zendesk and Freshdesk (B2C focused).
