Amanda is a strategic project and change management specialist with a passion for empowering portfolio companies to excel. As part of the NextLevel Operations team, she partners closely with these companies to identify areas for improvement and delivers results-oriented solutions.
Her expertise lies in performance optimization, ongoing guidance and best practice sharing. Through gap assessments and opportunity analysis, Amanda develops strategic direction and actionable recommendations to enhance portfolio company performance. She also provides ongoing support to ensure companies stay on track and achieve their goals. Amanda leverages her experience across Level to curate best practices, frameworks, and templates, empowering portfolio companies to operate at their peak.

Prior to Level, Amanda’s track record includes successful M&A expertise, executing scalability and operations leadership. She managed acquisitions and divestitures at CivicPlus, a Level Equity portfolio company, driving strategic growth. Prior to CivicPlus, Amanda’s leadership at Fetch Rewards resulted in a staggering 3,000% increase in company size over three years, earning them recognition as a top workplace. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in operations, IT, HR, and administration.

Amanda holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from the College of Charleston. Amanda is also an avid runner enjoying the Raleigh, NC scenery with her husband and their dog, Fitz.
