Stanley Deng

Stanley is an Associate for Level’s structured capital business and joined the firm in 2026. He supports the firm by evaluating potential subordinated debt and non-control equity solutions for growth-oriented software and technology businesses. Prior to joining Level, Stanley was an investment banking analyst at JEGI LEONIS and an analyst at Lincoln International. Stanley grew up in Brooklyn, NY, and graduated from Baruch College with a BBA in Accounting and an MS in Information Systems. In his free time, Stanley enjoys rewatching his favorite shows and making jerky.
