Fletcher Orr

Fletcher is an Analyst based in Level Equity’s New York office. He is responsible for building relationships with entrepreneurs, supporting diligence processes for new investments, and assisting on portfolio company initiatives. Originally from Columbia, Missouri, Fletcher graduated with both a B.S. and Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri in 2024. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, and rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs.
