Dylan Starace

Dylan is a Finance Analyst in Level Equity’s New York office, having joined the firm in 2026. In his role, he focuses on fund finance and operations, valuations, fund and portfolio company analytics, and investor reporting. Prior to joining Level, Dylan spent two years in Deloitte’s Valuation & Modeling group, where he focused on the financial services industry and portfolio valuations for private equity clients. He holds a B.S. in Economics with a specialization in Finance, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from Binghamton University.

Originally from New York, Dylan continues to reside in the area. In his free time he enjoys hiking, traveling, fishing, and watching sports.
