Ben Wellek

Ben is an Associate in Level Equity’s New York office, having joined the firm in 2026. He is responsible for evaluating new opportunities, supporting diligence efforts, and assisting portfolio companies post-investment by working closely with founders and management teams. Before joining Level, he worked as an investor at EVP, an Australian venture capital fund focused on AI-enabled B2B software businesses, and before that, in the Technology Investment Banking group at Macquarie Capital. Ben graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance, and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Originally from Chicago, he is a passionate Chicago sports fan and avid film watcher in his free time.
