Michael Kraus

Michael is an Associate for Level’s structured capital business and joined the firm in 2022. He supports the firm by evaluating potential subordinated debt and non-control senior equity solutions for growth-oriented software and tech businesses. Prior to joining Level, Michael worked in Venture Debt at Silicon Valley Bank providing growth capital for software and fintech startups and before that, Cowen, where he advised on sell-side M&A transactions and capital raising financings for disruptive industrial companies. Michael is originally from New Canaan, CT and graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
